First United Methodist Church in West Lafayette will begin an eight-session workshop UNDERSTANDING YOUR GRIEF: Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing Your Heart Aug. 7 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Meetings will be held each Tuesday through Sept. 25. Wednesdays in the Wild will host a SUMMER PRAIRIE WALK July 25 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Eli Lilly Tippecanoe Labs. Wildflower officianados Chris and Jim Brewster will lead the walk and help identify prairie wildflowers and grasses.

The BACH CHORALE SINGERS INC. will hold auditions and enrollment for their 43rd season. All auditions are by appointment only. Audition s for Adult Chorale will be Aug. 4, 5, 25 and 26. Auditions for Youth Chorus will be Aug. 27-28. Only enrollment is requested for Children's Choir. Enrollment deadline for Children's Choir is Sept. 10. Children ages three to eight can participate in a TIPPECANOE COUNTY 4-H KIDDIE TRACTOR PULL July 22 at 1 p.m. in the special events tent at the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds. Registration for the free pedal competition will begin at noon. Trophies will go to first and second places in all age groups. Ribbons will go to third place and prizes to all participants.

Put on dancing shoes and move to the music of a disc jockey during DANCIN' IN THE STREETS July 20 from 7 to 10 p.m. at 303 Clay St. in Logansport. Refreshments will be served.
