Leahys to celebrate 50th

Mr. and Mrs. Peter Leahy will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a family celebration July 20. The event, hosted by their children, will be held at the couple's home.

Leahy and the former Barbara Gingrich were married July 20, 1957, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Logansport.

He is a retired Carroll County farmer. She is a retired teacher and a homemaker.

They have five children, Kevin, Maureen, Patrick, Michael and Matthew. They also have 11 grandchildren.
