Flora Police Dept.

June 22, 12:54 a.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported at 415 W. Clem St., Apt 15. During the course of the investigation, Daniel J. Peters, 27, Flora, was arrested for domestic battery, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

June 27, 6:30 a.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of S. Center St. Officer Randy Larimore investigated.

June 27, 10:31 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of S. Wayne St. Sgt. James Bishop investigated. Sgt. Mark Back CCSD assisted.

June 28, 2:22 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of W. Clem St. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.

July 2, 9 p.m. - A loud music complaint was reported at 404 W. Capital St. Bishop investigated.

July 3, 8:41 p.m. - A fight was reported at 508 W. Columbia St. During the course of the investigation, Christina Haberland, 29, Flora, was arrested for battery, criminal confinement and strangulation. Bishop investigated. Deputy Jay Schimmel assisted.

July 5, 11:59 a.m. - An intimidation report was taken at 415 W. Columbia St. Larimore investigated.

July 6, 5:54 p.m. - A vehicle driven by Michael R. Long, 22, Flora, backed into a vehicle driven by Zachary J. Hall, 27, Flora, at the intersection of SRs 18 and 75. Bishop investigated.

July 8, 1:46 a.m. - An attempted burglary at Stephan's IGA was discovered by police. Suspect(s) attempted to pry the automatic door open to gain entry. Bishop investigated.

Burlington Police Dept.

June 30, 3:30 p.m. - Cutler Road and CR 600E. Marshal Jill Hammond investigated a report of juveniles throwing corn stalks at passing motorists between midnight and 1 a.m.

July 1, 3 p.m. - Deputy Marshal Kevin Hammond investigated a report of illegal trash dumping at Burlington Community Park.

July 1, 8:30 p.m. - Joshua Bagwell, 21, Burlington, was arrested on a Tippecanoe County warrant and transported to Carroll County Jail by Deputy Marshal Hammond.

July 2, 3 p.m. - Marshal Hammond assisted Carroll County Sheriff's Dept. with an arrest following a traffic stop. Katy Canady, 18, Burlington, was arrested and taken to Carroll County Jail.

July 3, 7 p.m. - Tools were reported taken from a pickup parked at a residence near CR 600S and SR 29. Marshal Hammond investigated.

July 7, 10:30 a.m. - Marshal Hammond assisted county units with a personal injury accident involving a semi that had rolled over at CR 350E, north of CR 500S.

June 30, 1:14 a.m. - Public intoxication, Main St. Amber Morgeson, 26, arrested after being found sitting in someone's yard. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

June 30, 3:47 a.m. - Public intoxication, Washington St. Deborah Spear, 41, Delphi, was arrested. Kent investigated.

June 30, 9:06 p.m. - Property damage, 601 W. Summit St. Gregory E. Johnson, Monticello, reported his vehicle damaged during an altercation between two persons. Officer David Yeager investigated.

July 4, 12:47 a.m. - Driving while suspended/prior, misdemeanor, 100 N. Dayton Rd. Desiree Stewart, 22, Lafayette, arrested. Kent investigated.

July 5 - Theft, 100 E. Franklin St. Bicycle taken from the residence of Kelly L. Johnson, Delphi. Yeager investigated.

July 5, 10:45 a.m. - Theft, 309 N. Union St. Bicycle taken from residence of Robert C. Knight. Sgt. Brook McCain investigated.

July 5, 1:28 p.m. - Personal injury, US421 near SR25. Ashley R. Walker, 20 Delphi, was knocked off her bicycle by a car driven by Virginia N. Long, 49, Delphi. Walker was transported to White County Memorial Hospital by EMS. McCain investigated.

July 6, 2 a.m. - Auto theft, OWI with prior, intimidation, resisting law enforcement, driving while suspended with a prior and open container, Union and Clay streets, Delphi. Kevin C. Hammel, 23, Delphi, arrested. Officer Paul Vondrasek investigated.

July 6, 6:32 p.m. - Domestic violence, 308 N. Washington St. Juvenile was slapped and prevented from calling police by Stephanie Williams, 47, Delphi, during a domestic dispute between two adults. Yeager investigated.

July 7 - Domestic battery, 420 W. Main St. Angel C. Herrera, Delphi was battered by September C. Caracheo, 27, Delphi. Yeager investigated.

July 7, 10:45 a.m. - North side of courthouse. Juvenile, 12, bitten by dog on a leash while fighting with another dog during parade. Officer Justin Wilson investigated.

July 8, 12 a.m. - Main St. Juvenile bitten by family dog of a friend. Kent investigated.

July 8, 10:14 a.m. - Property damage, 1002 Tally Ho Dr. Betty Fishback and Vanessa Harter, both of Delphi. Wilson investigated.

July 8, 4:52 p.m. - Property damage, W. Main St. Leiw K. Williams, 72, Lafayette, Edward B. Keller, 45, and, Andrea K Rush, 28, both of West Lafayette and Benedict E. Leal, 45, Darlington. Yeager investigated.

June 26, 6 p.m. - Criminal mischief, CR1225W. Report from Tippecanoe Township. Deputy John Chapman investigated.

June 26, 8:50 p.m. - Criminal information, CR675N. Domestic disturbance reported. Deputy Zachary Hall investigated.

June 27, 9:24 a.m. - Driving while suspended (prior), US421. Jose Salmeron was arrested for operating without ever having a license and Daniel Serafin was arrested for driving while suspended following a traffic stop. Deputy Mike Thomas investigated.

June 28, 7:53 p.m. - Dale Pearson was cited for allowing his dog to stray beyond his premises. Sgt. Mark Back investigated.

June 30, 12:50 a.m. - Battery, Smith Ridge Ct. Victim visited the jail to report battery. Alleged perpetrator could not be located. Deputy Zachary Hall investigated.

June 30, 10:35 a.m. - Juvenile delinquency, Hodges Dr. Runaway from Tippecanoe Township reported. Chapman investigated.

June 30, 11:09 p.m. - Hamilton St. Jimmy Dunbar, 29, was arrested for operating while intoxicated/endangering. Hall investigated.

July 1, 2:30 p.m. - Burglary, CR500S. Deputy Grant Davidson investigated.

July 1, 4:20 p.m. - Theft, Bicycle Bridge Rd. Items taken from a truck in Deer Creek Township. Chapman investigated.

July 1, 7:22 p.m. - 3600 block of Third St., West Delphi. Residential burglary reported. Hall investigated.

July 1, 9:34 p.m. - Confinement, CR300N. Robert May, 48 arrested for domestic battery after 911 hangup call was received. Hall investigated.

July 2, 9 p.m. - CR525S. Scott D. Flora arrested for battery on a law enforcement officer. Deputy Jay Schimmel investigated.

July 4, 6:30 a.m. - Forgery, IPC. Report of victim identity theft in Texas. Davidson investigated.

July 4, 12:48 p.m. - Property damage with injuries, CR500S near CR500E. Allen J. Beckett Jr., 16, Camden. Driver and passengers Cayla B. Macaluso, 14, and Anthony J. Macaluso, 7, both of Bringhurst, were transported to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis by helicopter. Schimmel investigated.

July 4, 6:20 p.m. - Property damage with injuries, CR700S at Prince William Rd. Lauren D. Bowman, 16, Bringhurst, was cited for disregarding a signal. Driver and passenger, Stefanie N. Schnieb, 16, Flora, were transported to a hospital with minor injuries. Hall investigated.

July 5, 4:58 a.m. - Non-criminal information, US421. Car/deer report. Deer was located and destroyed. Hall investigated.

July 5, 2:20 p.m. - Burglary, CR600S. Medication stolen from the Lowell Spesard residence for the second time. Det. Kevin Hammond investigated.

July 5, 8:13 p.m. - Leaving the scene of a property damage crash, CR1225W. Hall investigated.

July 6, 7:44 p.m. - Failure to stop, 1046W Belt Line St. Vehicle sideswiped by unknown driver. Back investigated.

July 7, 3:27 p.m. - Death investigation, 11500 block Horseshoe Bend Rd. Thomas investigated.

July 7, 8:59 p.m. - Property damage with injuries, CR500S near CR250W. Jessica F. Woodruff, 18, Rossville. Both Woodruff and passenger, Thomas B. Denham, 15, Rossville, were treated at the scene by EMS for upper body/face pain. Back investigated.

July 9, 3:33 a.m. - Theft, CR300S. Kristina McKinney reported her vehicle not returned after loaning it to Adam Klecz. Report forwarded to prosecutor's office. Back investigated.

July 9, 5:42 a.m. - Rape report in the Tioga Bridge area. Suspect identified and is being actively investigated. Back investigated.

July 5, 4:55 a.m. - US421 near CR800N. Julie A. Mears, 34, Delphi. Hall investigated.

July 6, 11:30 p.m. - CR600S near CR350W. Blair A. Stevens, 24, Sedalia. Back investigated.
