A decree of dissolution was granted between the following: Abram Humphreys and Jessica Miller-Humphreys; Cheryl Holmes and William Holmes, with wife's former name of Sullivan restored; and Randie Lynn Graves-Wherley and Brandon Kyle Wherley, with wife's former name of Graves restored.

A sentencing order for Michael B. Bradbury was amended to read five years suspended.

A sentencing order for Brain Shanks was amended to read two years in prison instead of six years.

Leon C. Sprinkle, 49, was found guilty of attempted child exploitation and pled guilty to five counts of possession of child pornography. He was sentenced to eight years in prison.

LVNV Fuding LLC filed a complaint against Eddy E. Marley Jr.

Midland Credit Management Inc. filed an application to confirm arbitration award against Virginia L. Brown.

Palisades Acquisition XVI LLC filed an application to confirm arbitration award against Jessica L. Hanaway.

Midland Funding Corp. filed a complaint against Claudia Brown.

AFS filed a complaint against Justin Stewart.

Wells Fargo Bank filed a complaint on note and to foreclose mortgage on real estate against Jeffrey Daily.

Pablo Francisco was charged with forgery, two counts of identity deception, operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license, false/fictitious registration and speeding.

Carl R. Robbins was charged with dealing in methamphetamine, illegal possession of anhydrous ammonia, burglary, forgery, auto theft, theft, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and habitual substance offender.

Shawn J. McKinley was charged with two counts dealing in marijuana. Marriage licenses

Shain Dale Sivils, 48, and Lisa Joan Rainwater, 46, both of Delphi.

Timothy E. Wright, 26, and Cassie N. Sexton, 21, both of Camden.

The following cases were dismissed: Regions Bank vs. Douglas R. Abdon and others; and State of Indiana vs. Mark A. Westlake.

A decree of dissolution was granted between the following: Corrina Sue Harvey and John Marc Harvey, with wife's former name of Combs restored; Brian K. Shaw and April L. Shaw; and Ricky Nehrig and Heather Nehrig, with wife's former name of Heather Joan Ellis restored.
