Deer Creek Presbyterian Church has decided not to have any more Saturday morning breakfasts until the first weekend in September.

Faith Lutheran's WELCA group will meet July 10 at 1:30 p.m. at the church. Betty Bell will give the lesson and will provide refreshments. All the women of the church are invited to attend.

Vacation Bible School will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, along with Deer Creek Presbyterian Church, on July 22-26 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. For more information, contact Rosie Gonzalez at 859-4455.

Elizabeth Downham has broken her leg and has had successful surgery at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette. She would appreciate cards.

Quincie Spangler has a bad infection and is in Lafayette Home Hospital, but will be moved to Woodbridge Health Campus in Logansport. He would also appreciate cards.
