APC issues 43 permits in June

Forty-three permits were issued by Carroll County Area Plan Commission during June for improvements amounting to $929,050.

Residential permits with $483,000 value were issued to persons in the following townships:

Carrollton - Daniel and Michele Bott, residence;

Clay - Amy Sue Brown, residence;

Democrat - Kevin Collins, residence; Derrick and Shena George, residence;

Jefferson - Oakdale Farms, Inc., residence; Don and Beth Tatlock, residence;

Permits for remodeling and accessories were issued to the following:

Burlington - Shawn Lytle, addition; Allen and Kathryn Stout, deck;

Carrollton - Ronnie Dennis, garage and pole building; Minich May Farms LLC, tool shed;

Clay - Aaron Brouwer, storage; Paul and Melissa Metzger, addition; Byron Miller, storage;

Deer Creek - Greg and Kathy Dunbar, pool; Alvin Munson, deck; David and Janie Smith, porch;

The total collected from issued permits was $972, plus:

+ Jean Randle, $50, rezone application;

+ Lots 24 and 17 of 23 in Yeoman, $50, rezone application.

Total collected from permits in June was $1,162. Total collected for 2007 is $9,389.
