Brummett was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering. **** Cassie B. Walker, 19, of Delphi, pled guilty to maintaining a common nuisance. She was sentenced to two years in jail, one and a half years suspended, and one and a half years supervised probation. Kyle Lee Stacy, 26, of Kokomo, pled guilty to operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic offender. He was sentenced to three years in jail, two and a half years suspended, and two and a half years supervised probation. Dan Bozeman, 28, of Kokomo, pled guilty to check deception. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. Robert S. Hite, 41, of Winimac, pled guilty to resisting law enforcement. He was sentenced to one and a half years in jail, all but 12 days suspended, and one year plus 180 days supervised probation. Lowell S. Sturdivant, 28, of Camden, pled guilty to driving while suspended. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. Thomas C. Parker, 29, of Delphi, pled guilty to driving while suspended. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended, suspension of driving privileges for two years and 355 days probation. Richard L. Dulin, 18, of Delphi, pled guilty to possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail to be served consecutive with a current sentence. Alexander L. Hess, 25, of Lafayette, pled guilty to possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. Sayra Bravo-Ocampo, 24, of West Lafayette, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. Patrick T. Ruby, 19, of Flora, pled guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and 180 days supervised probation. Ross H. Malott, 19, of Delphi, pled guilty to auto theft and battery resulting in bodily injury. He was sentenced to two years and 288 days in jail, one and a half years suspended, and one and a half years supervised probation. Jason L. Bush, 29, of Flora, pled guilty to criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and 180 days supervised probation. Causes of the State of Indiana against the following were dismissed: Norma Tapia; Jesus G.
