Flora Community Club has secured rides and games for the entire week of the Carroll County 4-H Fair, July 13-20.

Beer's and Jessop's Co., Inc., will have rides set up for small children, as well as older kids from Saturday through Friday.

Advance tickets are available at The Flower Shoppe in Flora and The Flower Shoppe II in Delphi. Tickets are $12 for a sheet of 20, with each requiring two to four tickets.

The club is also bringing back Troy Zahner of Mishawaka and his tractors to the fair. The pull is for ages three through adult, men and women. Winners may be eligible for a national competition.

The pull will be July 17 at 5:30 p.m. in Flora Community park at the basketball court. Registration will be from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Other Community Club sponsored events at the fair will include Carroll County Kid's Day, starting at 3 p.m. July 15 at the Merchant's Building; square dancing with caller Dick Burns at 7 p.m. July 16 at the basketball courts; and Smoke House for practice in evaluating a burning home on July 18 and 19 near the Merchant's Building. These three events are free.
