Burlington Burlington's annual 4th of July celebration will be held next Wednesday. There will be a hog roast, fun and games, starting at 5 p.m., with fireworks at dusk. There will be no recycle pick up on July 4 or July 11. A clothing giveaway will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church. Kiwanis Club will meet at 7:30 a.m. Saturday at the fire station for breakfast and meeting. Madonna and John Spratt will present a program on her mission work during fellowship time Sunday at the Church of Christ. |
