Flora Kiwanis Club's SECRET GARDEN TOUR was rained out last Saturday. It will be held this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tickets purchased for last week will be honored for the rain date. Tickets can still be purchased at The Flower Shoppe, or at any of the featured gardens on the day of the event.

Girl Scouts of Tribal Trails Council invites the community to opening night at the PERU CIRCUS on July 14 at 7 p.m. at Circus City Center, 154 N. Broadway, Peru. The club will receive a monetary portion of each ticket sold for that performance. Tickets must be purchased through the Girl Scout Council to be eligible for the fundraiser and a matching grant is available to double the profit the club will receive. To purchase tickets, call (800) 346- 4475 or (800) 343-8303. Tickets, a map and directions will be mailed to purchasers.

DELPHI CITY COUNCIL and CITY DEPARTMENT SUPERVISORS will meet July 9 and 10 at 3:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall. Planning for the 2008 budget will be discussed.
