Come fly with us

Lafayette Soaring Society will hold a glider club callout June 23 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at White County Municipal Airport. Demonstration rides will be available for a fee. Memberships, which offer instruction, reduced rates on services and rentals, glider pilot training and opportunity to improve pilot ratings, will be available. Runners' Club

Carroll County YMCA is sponsoring a Runners' Club for ages 16 and older.

The club will be held at the YMCA in Flora and will be offered on Saturdays, starting July 7 at 8 a.m.

The club is free to members.
