Ross and Valarie Gangwer of Lebanon are parents of an 8- pound, 4-ounce daughter, Norah Louise, born May 19 in Indianapolis. Grandparents are Carol Cox of Lebanon and the late Richard Cox, and Don and Irma Gangwer of Cutler. Greatgrandparents are Kathryn Hollingsworth of Rossville and Robert Sandusky of Ladoga.
