James T. Shelley Jr., 26, pled guilty to burglary. He was sentenced to four years in prison, one year probation, and restitution to the victim.

Michael B. Bradbury, 34, pled guilty to sexual misconduct with a minor. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison, four years suspended, and four years supervised probation.

The following were found to be in arrears in the payment of child support: James Beck, $7,928.93; and Russell Gaby, $22,777.96.

Bank of America filed a complaint against Lisa J. Cook.

GE Money Bank filed a complaint against Shane and Tiffany Heckenlively.
