Daniel J. Weis-Leydet

Daniel Josesph Weis-Leydet, two-month-old son of Teresa M. Weis and Karl Leydet, Logansport, died unexpectedly at 8:34 a.m. June 11, 2007, in Lafayette.

He was born April 4, 2007, in Logansport.

Surviving with his parents are two sisters, Doja Weis and Jazmine Leydet; two brothers, Joseph Weis-Smith and Anthony Leydet; maternal grandparents, Fredrick and Fonda Weis and Susan Weis, all of Monticello; paternal grandparents, Gregory and Sandra Bush of Delphi; maternal greatgrandparents, Gwendolyn Connor of Delphi and Virgil and Betty Achey of Walton; and paternal great-grandmothers, Viola Lane and Donna Bush, both of Logansport.

Services were held at Ever- Rest Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, Logansport.
