John C. Morgan, 51, Delphi died May 8 at 10:14 p.m. in his residence from acute pulmonary edema, according to pathologist E. Allen Griggs, M.D. Pulmonary edema is fluid in the lungs, Carroll County Coroner Jerry Reinke told the Comet Tuesday.

Although death was previously rumored to be due to eating poisoned mushrooms toxicology report findings were negative for a food-impacted death.
