County Treasurer Jane Brewington reminds taxpayers that property taxes must be paid by June 29 to avoid a penalty. This applies to all property owners except Clay Township, who are part of the Rossville Consolidated School Corporation in Clinton County. Rates for that township are determined in Clinton County and have not yet been set.

Brewington said she expects those bills to go out later this summer.
