Moores celebrate 60th

Mr. and Mrs. Don Moore of Delphi will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary June 18.

Moore and the former Phyllis Davis were married June 18, 1947, at Rossville Presbyterian Church.

He is retired from Garrison International and Tri State Cob. She has been curator at the Carroll County Historical Society Museum since 1967.

They have three children, Don R. Moore II of Flora, Jackie D. Moore of Delphi, and Gary G. Moore of Monticello. They also have eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

To celebrate, Mr. and Mrs. Moore plan to take a trip along the East Coast.

The couple requested gifts be omitted, but cards are welcome.
