Michael P. Bever
Born July 4, 1975, in Logansport, he was the son of Larry Bever and Mary Margaret Fissel Bever. Mike was employed at Peters- Revington Furniture, Delphi. He was instrumental in establishing the skate park at Riverside Park in Logansport. He enjoyed playing video games and loved his cats. Surviving are his parents, both of Logansport; a brother, Dennis Grandstaff of Logansport; a sister and brother-inlaw, Michelle and Rod Lynch of Delphi; his companion and her son, Rebecca Widner and Ezra Bellanca, both of Logansport; maternal grandfather, Harlan Fissel (wife: Lois) of Jupiter, Fla.; paternal grandmother, Evelyn Bever of Logansport; aunts and uncles, Lois and Rick Smith of Seattle, Susan and Steve Bowen of Young America, Doris and Bob Hall of Rochester, Nora Fissel, Terry Bever, Sherry McCain and Mary Ann Booth, all of Logansport; nieces and nephews, Tara Latz, Amanda Latz, Christian Grandstaff, Braxton Grandstaff, Trevor Lynch, Ethan Henderson, Joel Henderson, and Kenny Henderson; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Margaret Roland, and an uncle, Charles Fissel. Services were held Saturday at Kroeger Funeral Home, Logansport, with Pastor Doug Ohime officiating. Burial was private. Memorial contributions may be made to the skate park at Riverside Park, in care of Logansport Parks Department.
