Blaine M. McLeland, 19, of Brookston, pled guilty to possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

The following cases were dismissed: Kara L. Collier; Rosemary Lovvorn; Zachary R. Humbarger; Ernesto Pardes; and KeyBank NA vs. Chad and Amy Wrightsman.

Traci L. Hahn, of Lafayette, pled guilty to check deception. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

The following cases were entered for the plaintiff: Michael A. Lucy vs. Sarah Rubeck in the amount of $779.78; Donald F. Connelly vs. Katrina Davis Leger, $311.88; and Carl Treece vs. Rodney W. Ward, $3,290.00.

In an agreed judgement, Douglas E. Lowe was ordered to pay $3,385 to the State of Indiana.

Default judgements were entered for the plaintiff in the following cases: Consumer Portfolio Services Inc. vs. Mark K. Kirts, $6,861.75; and American General Financial Services Inc. vs. Christopher L. Lauderdale, $5,333.12.

The following cases were dismissed: Baldwin Auto Supply vs. Welker Farm; Indiana Packers Corp. vs. Hartford Fire Insurance Co.; and Horizon Veterinary Service Inc. vs. David and Michelle Wilson.

The following cases were entered for the plaintiff: Atlantic Credit & Finance Inc. vs. Gregory S. French, $2,042.32; Capital One Bank vs. Rick L. Robertson, $1,065.96; Linda Austin vs. Chuck Nutt, $1,302.25; Target National Bank vs. Ruth E. Isley, $3,887.87; and Joseph D. Bartlett vs. Thomas Preston and Leann Marvell, $1,231.41

Rodney D. Snow, 35, of Indianapolis, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangering. He was sentenced to three years in jail, two and one half years suspended, and two and one half years supervised probation.

Eric M. Belford, 24, of Idaville, pled guilty to possession of paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Jose V. Aguirre-Munoz, 23, of Chicago, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license and speeding. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, and one year unsupervised probation.

Jeremy D. Houser, 19, of Delphi, pled guilty to possession of paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and 180 days supervised probation.
