APC issues 31 permits in May Thirty-one permits were issued by Carroll County Area Plan Commission during May, for improvements amounting to $2,165,600. Residential permits with $1,437,000 value were issued to persons in the following townships: Adams - William Barber and Pauline Glaser, residence; Phillip and Barbara Schrader, residence; Frank Seckrist, residence; Burlington - Jaime and Sally Hernandez, residence; Camden - Marilyn Van Horn, residence; Deer Creek - Habitat for Humanity, residence; Sarah Layman, residence; Jefferson - Robbins and Larner, Inc., residence; Monroe - Colby and Kari McIlrath, residence; Tippecanoe - Adam Gray, residence; Todd Powell, residence.
