APC issues 31 permits in May

Thirty-one permits were issued by Carroll County Area Plan Commission during May, for improvements amounting to $2,165,600.

Residential permits with $1,437,000 value were issued to persons in the following townships:

Adams - William Barber and Pauline Glaser, residence; Phillip and Barbara Schrader, residence; Frank Seckrist, residence;

Burlington - Jaime and Sally Hernandez, residence;

Camden - Marilyn Van Horn, residence;

Deer Creek - Habitat for Humanity, residence; Sarah Layman, residence;

Jefferson - Robbins and Larner, Inc., residence;

Monroe - Colby and Kari McIlrath, residence;

Tippecanoe - Adam Gray, residence; Todd Powell, residence.

Permits for remodeling and accessories were issued to persons in:

Adams - Craig Oliver, addition;

Carrollton - Mark Ewing, storage; William and Janet Fouts, garage/shop;

Clay - Timothy and Rene Mullen, storage;

Deer Creek - Sarah Layman, pole barn; Jerry and Kimberly Wells, pole building; James and Karen Werner, storage;

Delphi - Roger Napier, storage; Woodlawn Rentals, Inc., deck;

Jackson - Jerold Endress, deck;

Jefferson - Michael Cummings, pole building;

Tippecanoe - Jeff and Jennifer Calloni, deck; Chris Christenson, carport; Dennis Kellar, garage; Jeremiah Shepard, carport; Michael Storey, garage;

Washington - Bruce and Susan Colgan, pole barn; Commercial Permits

+ Klinkhammer Enterprises, Arby's sign;

+ Shanks Brothers, grain bin;

+ Anthony and Shirley Mack, egg production;

The total collected from permits issued was $2,186, plus:

+ Deb Bradfield, pre-application permit for CFO or CAFO Washington Township, $25.

Total collected from permits in May was $2,211. Total collected for 2007 is $7,065.
