May 12, 4 a.m. - Criminal mischief, OWI, possession of marijuana, 303E. Main St. Justin Walker, 25, Delphi, arrested for OWI and found to be in possession of marijuana after breaking a window at Tobacco Mart. Officer Justin Wilson investigated.

May 19, 3 a.m. - OWI, Main and Mill streets. Joshua Sales, 25, Delphi, arrested for OWI after a traffic stop. Driver and passenger transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital due to injuries suffered in a crash in Tippecanoe County. Wilson investigated.

May 21, 2:30 p.m. - Animal bite, 100 block S. Washington. Valerie Sieber, 19, Delphi, reported being bitten by a cat. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

May 24, 9:15 a.m. - Property damage, Delphi Hilltop Marathon. Michael L. Atwood, 18, Delphi, and a parked vehicle. Sgt. Brook McCain investigated.

May 25, 12:30 a.m. - Driving while never licensed, Washington and Front streets. Rodolfo Mata, 22, Delphi, arrested during a traffic stop. Kent investigated.

May 23, 1:20 p.m. - Property damage with injury, CR 9900W near CR 100N. Kelsey R. Propes, 18, Delphi. EMS called for complaint of elbow/lower arm pain. Deputy John Chapman investigated.

May 24, 5:45 p.m. - Property damage, Cemetery and Union streets, Camden. Marjorie E. Sieber, 79, Camden, and a vehicle registered to Teresa L. Hensley, Camden. Chapman investigated.

May 25, 2 p.m. - Property damage, SR 218 at Monroe St., Camden. Michelle L. Sink, 26, Lafayette, and Denise Packard, 53, Camden. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.

May 25, 12:09 p.m. - Property damage with injuries, CR 800W near CR 650S. Kurtis M. Hammond, 17, Flora, and Joy Wolf, 61, Delphi. EMS called to the scene to treat Hammond for pain in the knee/lower leg/foot and Wolf for pain in chest Hammond was cited for an infraction. Randle investigated.

May 26, 5:40 p.m. - Property damage, US 421 near Holiday Haven Rd. Marjorie R. Carter, 46, and Jordan B. Kennedy, 18, both of Monticello, and Terry J. Morris, 55, Delphi. Randle investigated.
