Deer Creek Presbyterian Church will be have another Saturday morning breakfast for charity on June 2, starting at 7 to 10 a.m. Everyone is invited.

Deer Creek Presbyterian Church's women group will have a meeting at the church with Mary Smith as hostess. The women of the church are invited.

Hopewell Cemetery Association will have a meeting at the Deer Creek Presbyterian Church on June 3 at 1 p.m. All interested persons may attend.

The youth of Faith Lutheran Church will lead the service on June 10.

Faith Lutheran's youth group will go to Indianapolis soon to work in a homeless shelter or a soup kitchen. They will be asking for donations to support these projects.

The Golden Girls of Deer Creek recently went to a Bed and Breakfast near Logansport. Those attending were Dot Fulton, Marilyn Hile, Margy Albaugh of Deer Creek and Joann Jones and Pat Burnham of Thorntown, Mary Blue of Cutler and Betty Gordon and Jane Slusser of Logansport.
