Roxanne Bergdorff of Lafayette and Jack and Phyllis McCarty of Camden announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Nicole Bergdorff and Jamie McCarty, both of Lafayette.

An Oct. 27 wedding will take place at Tippecanoe Shrine Club.
