May 14, 10:27 a.m. - Personal injury, US421 and Armory Rd. Troy M. Harter, 21, Logansport, and Randall W. Whiteaker, 54, Delphi. Sgt. Brook McCain investigated.

May 14, 11:30 a.m. - Neglect of a dependant, Delphi. Child found unattended outside. Parents discovered child missing and called department. McCain investigated.

May 15, 10 a.m. - Theft, Delphi Middle School. Cellular telephone stolen. McCain investigated.

May 16 - Criminal mischief, Riley Park. Damage to picnic tables and light bulbs at the open shelter. Officer David M. Yeager investigated.

May 16, 7 a.m. - Animal bite, 203 Arnold St. Molly Johnson reported she was bitten by a cat hiding in a trash can. Yeager investigated.

May 20, 1:45 p.m. - Criminal mischief/ theft, 1326 N. Wells St. Cherie L. Congram reported a storage locker was forcibly entered. Yeager investigated.

May 20, 3:55 p.m. - Property damage, Franklin and Union streets. Ann Minnicus, 50, and Billy Courtney, 21, both of Delphi.

May 7, 10:47 a.m. - Criminal mischief, 8291N US421. Golf ball theft and damage to the miniature golf course reported at Hollow Acres. Deputy Mike Thomas investigated.

May 8, 1:21 a.m. - US421 at CR100N. Omar F. Cruz, 30, Logansport arrested for operating a vehicle without ever receiving a valid drivers' license. Deputy Zachary Hall investigated.

May 8, 3:35 p.m. - Criminal mischief, CR50E south of CR400S. Quentin McGill, 29, and Paige L. Stevenson, 19, both of Frankfort, admitted to spray painting areas of the Adams Mill Covered Bridge. Report forwarded to prosecutor's office. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.

May 8, 8:43 p.m. - Theft, 10800 block lower Lake Shore Dr. Articles from a vehicle were stripped near the time of a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area. Hall investigated.

May 8, 9:09 p.m. - Residential entry, 3800 block CR300W. Forced entry and possible burglary at a residence near SR218 and CR300W. Sgt. Mark Back investigated.

May 8, 10:07 - Death investigation, 12700 block Tippecanoe Ranch Rd. John Morgan, 51, was found unresponsive at the residence. Hall investigated.

May 8, 11:17 p.m. - Harassment, 0 block CR145S. Telephone harassment emanating from Carroll County reported from out-of-state. Back investigated.

May 9, 3:10 p.m. - Theft, 2800 block CR400E. Report of copper missing from a residence in Burlington Township. Deputy John Chapman investigated.

May 10, 1:07 a.m. - Possession of controlled substance, 300 block Main St. Report of prescription trafficking inside the jail by an inmate. Back continues to investigate.

May 10, 2:45 p.m. - Criminal information, 4800 block CR500S. Horse loose complaint. Deputy Grant Davidson investigated.

May 11, 12:23 a.m. - Juvenile delinquency, 200 block Union St. Report that a juvenile male took a large quantity of prescription medication in Camden. Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.

May 11, 8:42 p.m. - Criminal information, 4400 block CR775S. Deputy Jay Schimmel investigated.

May 12, 12:18 a.m. - Criminal mischief, 1200 block CR500E. Report of trespassing and criminal mischief on property owned by Dave Lambert. Randle investigated.

May 12, 3 p.m. - Fraud, 5800 block CR260S. Donald R. Roberson, Delphi, reported receiving payment with a suspicious credit card for an item sold on eBay. Randle investigated.

May 13, 8:29 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 300 block Main St. Jail inmate allegedly damaged county property. Back investigated.

May 14, 4:34 p.m. - 10800 block upper Lake Shore Dr. Two Harley Davidson wheels taken. Liggett investigated.

May 16, 12:21 a.m. - Domestic battery, 11300 block of CR400N. Monica Overmyer, 53, Delphi, arrested for domestic battery. Liggett investigated.

May 16, 11:45 a.m. - Property damage, SR75 near CR700S. Ned L. Metzger, 61, Mulberry. Det. Steve Mullin investigated.

May 16, 6:27 p.m. - Juvenile delinquency, 100 block CR750ES. Schimmel investigated.

May 17, 8 a.m. - Battery, 12800 block CR700W. Report of child neglect or battery. Randle continues to investigate.

May 17, Cemetery mischief, East Rockfield Rd. - Two trees damaged on family gravesite of Ralph Christiansen, Lucerne. Randle investigated.

May 17, 8:29 - Battery, 10800 block Drury Ln. Report of battery in progress. Hall investigated.

May 18, 9:30 p.m. - Theft, 2700 block CR640N. Steve Daniels reported theft of CDs from a vehicle in Rockfield. Hall investigated.

May 19, 3 a.m. - Assisting another agency, Main St. Vehicle crashed into a utility pole and passengers located at Dairy Queen. All subjects were transported to a hospital. Liggett investigated.

May 19, 11:28 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 300 block CR700W. Report from Odd Fellows Cemetery north of Delphi. Chapman investigated.

May 20, 3:10 p.m. - Illegal possession of alcohol by a minor, US421. Kyle D. Brown, 20, Monticello, arrested for minor consumption. Liggett investigated.

May 20, 8:41 a.m. - Battery, 3500 block SR29. Report of child battery in Burlington Township. Chapman investigated.

May 20, 9:35 p.m. - Information, CR500W. 1979 Yamaha motorcycle found to be on fire. Delphi Tri-Township Volunteer Fire Department extinguished the fire. Liggett investigated.

May 14, 10:28 p.m. - A vehicle driven by Christine A. Puckett, 59, Flora, struck a deer on SR 75 near CR 300S. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

May 15, 7:46 a.m. - Juvenile delinquency was reported on South Wayne St. During the course of the investigation a 17-year-old male was arrested for criminal mischief. Chief Paul Redmon and Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

May 15, 12:49 p.m. - Criminal mischief was reported at 516 Kenrick St. Thomas investigated.

May 15, 3:32 p.m. - A vehicle driven by Joe D. Roberson, 54, Flora, crashed into the rear end of a school bus as it was stopped in traffic. The brakes on Roberson's company vehicle appeared to have failed causing the crash. There were no injuries reported. Redmon investigated.

May 15, 7:04 p.m. - A criminal mischief report was taken at 113 S. Railroad St. The complaintant advised her vehicle had been scratched with a metal object. Disinger investigated.

May 17, 3:25 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of S. Division St. Officer Randy Larimore and Redmon investigated.

May 17, 11:18 p.m. - Robert W. Campbell, 33, Flora, was arrested for battery, criminal recklessness and public intoxication. Sgt. James Bishop investigated.

May 18, 10:38 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken at 321 N. Center St. The complaintant advised juveniles were knocking on the door and running away. Disinger investigated.

May 19, 12:04 a.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken at 919 Lincoln St. The complaintant advised juveniles were knocking on the door and spraying shaving cream on the deck. Disinger investigated.

May 19, 9:40 a.m. - A criminal mischief complaint was taken at 515 Kenrick St. The complaintant advised a juvenile male had thrown rocks on his car resulting in scratches and dents. The juvenile was located and his parents agreed to pay for damages. Thomas investigated.

May 19, 11:48 a.m. - An intimidation report was taken at 212 W. Clem St. Thomas investigated.

May 19, 2:05 p.m. - A theft report was taken at 323 N. Willow St. Thomas investigated.

May 19, 3:37 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of N. Willow St. Officer Thomas investigated.

May 19, 6:10 p.m. - Carrell D. Asbury, 49, Lafayette, was arrested for public intoxication and public indecency. Disinger investigated.

May 19, 7:08 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 600 block of E. Main St. A report was forwarded to the prosecutor's office. Disinger investigated.

May 20, 12:40 a.m. - Following a traffic stop, Ryan D. Hatke, 30, Camden, was arrested for operating while intoxicated endangering. Disinger investigated.

May 20, 1:24 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of N. Willow St. Thomas investigated.

May 20, 5:19 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1500 block of S. Center St. Thomas investigated.
