May 5, 7:24 a.m. - Theft/criminal mischief, Delphi Community High School. Items belonging to the baseball team were damaged and stolen. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

May 5, 8:46 a.m. - Property damage, US421 at Armory Rd. Sarah Tye, 19, and Diana Hazelgrove, 46, both of Bringhurst. Kent investigated.

May 5, 11:24 a.m. - Criminal mischief, Tally Ho Dr. Report of damage to a car with a sharp object. Kent investigated.

May 8, 4:10 p.m. - Property damage, US421 at Franklin St. Shelly Johnson, 19, and Leeann Hunt, 46, both of Delphi. Kent investigated.

May 10 - Juvenile delinquency, Riley Park. Altercation between two juvenile females reported. Officer David Yeager investigated.

May 10 - Theft, 115 Packet Ave. Patricia Gray reported a Mongoose Hoop D. bicycle was taken from residence. Yeager investigated.

May 10 - Theft, Hamilton St. baseball field. American Flag and portable pitching mound taken. Officer Paul Vondrasek investigated.

May 11, 6:15 p.m. - Property damage, CVS parking lot. Leslie Babcock, 34, and Gary Hathaway, 53, both of Delphi. Kent investigated.

May 12, 12:45 a.m. - Disorderly conduct, resisting and battery, 303 W. Main St. Daisy Dann, Delphi, arrested after an altercation with Joshua Pearson. Officer Justin Wilson investigated.

May 12, 1:55 a.m. - Public intoxication, resisting, battery on law enforcement causing bodily injury, US421 at Brosman's IGA. Jessica Perry, 24, Delphi, was arrested for public intoxication and resisting during detainment. While at the jail she was additionally charged with two counts of battery on law enforcement. Wilson investigated.

May 3, 12:35 p.m. - Property damage, 6334 CR650, Pyrmont. Connie J. Padgett, 43, Rossville, and a vehicle registered to Rita S. Lane, Lafayette. Deputy Mike Thomas investigated.

May 9, 6:54 a.m. - Property damage with injury, US421 at CR100N. Jonathan H. Kilgore, 27, Clanton, Ala. and Charles R. Barnard, 65, Rossville. Kilgore was cited for a failure to yield infraction. Deputy John Chapman investigated.

May 9, 9:57 a.m. - Property damage, SR75 at CR550S. Tamara R. Poole, 45, Cutler and David M. Long, 22, Flora. Poole cited for failure to yield. Det. Steve Mullin investigated.

May 12, 8:41 a.m. - Property damage, US421 near CR500W. Hannah E. Cripe, 18, Delphi. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.

April 26, 1 p.m. - CR1100N at CR900W. Shawn P. Shepard, 26, Idaville. Mullin investigated.

May 14, 2:07 p.m. - CR900W near CR550N. Thaddeus A. Miller, 29, Monticello. Chapman investigated.

Flora Police Dept.

May 8, 6:54 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported at 45W, 150S in Bringhurst. Sgt. James Bishop investigated.

May 8, 9 p.m. - Cindy A. Hartman, 36, Bringhurst, was arrested for domestic battery. Bishop investigated.

May 9, 8 a.m. - A vehicle driven by Jamie L. Davis, 17, Cutler, struck a deer on SR75 near 400S. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.

May 9, 5 p.m. - A suspicious person was reported at the Flora Park video taping the Carroll High School girls' softball team. The man claimed to be a retired police officer with the Evansville Police Department and a

freelance photographer with the Indianapolis

Star. Verification of his status as a retired police officer was made. The Indianapolis Star said that he is not a freelance photographer for them. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

May 9, 7:38 p.m. - Following a report of a disturbance, Francis B. Clark, 80, Flora, was arrested for domestic battery. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

May 10, 1:05 p.m. - A juvenile delinquency report was taken at 212 Brookview Lane. Thomas investigated.
