Camden Immediately following the American Legion Memorial Service at Camden Cemetery, there will be a carry-in dinner at the Legion Home (approximately 2 p.m. May 28). All Legionnaires, spouses and families are welcome to attend. Those attending are asked to take a well-filled basket. The top readers through April 23 in the Camden Elementary Reading Counts program are: Aneilya Carbaugh, 87 points; Caleb Kuns 82, Aubrey Boggs 41, Madison Reneau 41, Haylie Yerkes 32, Hunter Mote 58, Kyleigh Redmon 29, Jacob Clouser 54, Sidney Fisher 33, Morgan Fritz and Alex Bane, 27 each. Reading Counts awards will be presented at 2 p.m. May 17 in the school gym. The public is invited to attend. The all-school awards program will be at 1 p.m. May 23 in the gym. A student talent show will be presented May 24 at 2 p.m. in the gym. The last day of school for students is May 25. That is also field day. |
