50th anniversary open house

Joe and Barbara Jones of Camden will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house hosted by their children and grandchildren. The event will be held on May 20 at the Wabash and Erie Canal Conference Center in Delphi.

They also have a trip to Ireland planned.

Jones and the former Barbara Schock were married on May 12, 1957, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Camden. The Rev. Richard Recher officiated.

Jones is a retired banker. Mrs. Jones is a homemaker.

The couple has two children, Brian Jones (wife Robyn) of Delphi and Beth Scott of Camden, and five grandchildren.
