April 25, 9:04 p.m. - 1301 Chamber Estates. Report taken from Marion Wright, 34, Delphi, which turned into a theft and obstructing justice report. Office Chuck Kent investigated.

April 27 - SR25 near SR218. Eric Christensen, 19, Delphi, arrested for OWI, possession of marijuana and possession of controlled substance during traffic stop. Kent investigated.

April 27, 9:08 p.m. - Assisted ISP, SR18 at Pittsburg. Gary Smith, 50, Mulberry, investigated for OWI. Kent investigated.

May 2, 10:38 a.m. - Property damage, BMV parking lot, Nancy M. Irmeger, 77, Rossville. Chief Ed Chapman investigated.

May 2, 10:20 a.m. - Warrant service/possession of cocaine, 300 block W. Main St. Lisa L. Harper, 21, Gary, arrested on a Porter County warrant. During processing, evidence was discovered that led to Harper's arrest for possession of paraphernalia and possession of cocaine. Chapman investigated.

May 3, 3:07 p.m. - Property damage, 204 W. Main St. Martin Oberson, 40, New Albany. Office Paul Vondrasek investigated.

May 3, 3:25 p.m. - Criminal mischief, Delphi Community High School student parking lot. Whitney N. Cripe and Ann Mears, both of Delphi. Damage to cars reported. McCain investigated.

May 5 - Property damage, Dairy Queen parking lot. Carrie Adams, 19, and Donald Brubaker, both of Delphi. Vondrasek investigated.

May 5, 12:36 a.m. - Hamilton and Main streets. Edward Priest, 21 and Diana Loeffler, 38, both of Delphi. Priest charged with OWI and Loeffler charged with public intoxication and resisting after a traffic stop. Officer Justin Wilson investigated.

May 5, 7:20 p.m. - 300 block North Indiana St. Kenneth Nehrig, 23, West Lafayette, was stopped for riding a non-street legal motorbike on the street. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting after a struggle with officer. Vondrasek investigated.

May 6, 2:45 a.m. - North Washington and Wells streets. Greg Clawson, Delphi arrested for OWI after a traffic stop. Wilson investigated.

May 6 - Delphi Citgo. Joshua W. Cope, Delphi reported a billfold stolen and unauthorized use of a credit card. McCain investigated.

April 30, 3:30 p.m. - Property damage with injuries, US421 near CR1172N. Ashton T. Bell, 16, Monticello. Passenger Aaron Johnson, 15, Monticello, was treated at the scene by EMS for head pain. Bell was treated for neck pain and cited for an infraction of improper passing. Deputy John Chapman investigated.

April 30, 5 p.m. - Non-criminal information, 6000 block Hodges. Davidson investigated.

April 30, 5:24 p.m. - Property damage, SR25 at CR525W. Shelia S. Maloney, 34, Delphi, was arrested for reckless driving and OWI. Davidson investigated.

April 30, 5:29 p.m. - Burglary, 800 block CR50N. Prescription medications taken from a residence. Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.

April 30, 7:21 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 5700 block CR415S. Recreational vehicle had BB gun bullet damage. Liggett investigated.

May 2, 9:45 a.m. - Burglary, 11313W. Tecumseh Bend Rd. Carmen Dezarn reported jewelry and a camcorder taken from residence. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.

May 2, 1:18 p.m. - A property damage accident occurred at 607 W. Columbia St. A vehicle driven by Russell J. Renicker, 69, Rossville, backed into an unoccupied vehicle owned by Kimberly Kult, Flora. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.

May 3, 11:02 a.m. - A criminal mischief report was taken at the park. Juveniles filled the restroom sinks with dirt by the Little League field. Redmon investigated.

May 3, 9 p.m. - A juvenile complaint of inappropriate conduct was investigated at the park. Sgt. James Bishop investigated.

May 5, 10 a.m. - Officer Thomas investigated a report of juveniles shooting at cars with squirt guns in the 200 block of E. Columbia St.
