Calling all seamstresses for open class competition
      Do you sew for yourself or others? Did you make something special for Easter? You can enter the garments in the Carroll County Open Class Fashion Competition that will be held June 14 at 6:30 p.m. at the 4- H Building in Flora.

      Delphi CWF The CWF of the Delphi Christian Church met May 1 for their annual Spring Banquet. Following the carry-in dinner, Fairy Hackerd had a few games and prizes for the group. Cindi Lashley entertained with some songs.

Pen Pals meet for first time
      After a balloon launch last fall, Camden Elementary fifth grader Danielle Allen was the only student to receive a letter back. On Oct. 20 during Red Ribbon Week, 250 balloons were launched from the school.
