Marter-Martin

Denise Ray and Terry Ray, both of Corinth, Ky., announce the engagement of their daughter, Billie J. Marter, of Delphi, to S.W. "Cody" Martin of Delphi. He is the son of Jerry and Martha Martin of Delphi.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Middlebury High School in Indiana. She is a specialist in the Army Reserves.

Her fiance is a graduate of Delphi Community High School. He is a sergeant in the Army Reserves.

The wedding is being planned for July 14.
