April 16, 4:34 p.m. - Warrant service, Trailhead Park on SR25. Delores Hanseleman, 30, Lafayette, was cited for traffic infraction and served with an active Tippecanoe County warrant. Tracy Claiborne, 46, Camden, was stopped for traffic infraction and served with an active Fountain County warrant. Wilson investigated. April 19, 11:44 p.m. - Public intoxication/ minor consumption, SR25 at CR 300N. Jere Hill, 20, Lafayette, was arrested for minor consumption and public intoxication. Hill was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for traffic infraction. Wilson investigated. April 19 - Theft of utilities, Union St. NIPSCO reported a possible meter bypass for approximately seven years. Investigated by Chief Ed Chapman. April 20, 8:17 a.m. - Stalking/trespass, Delphi Community High School. Gustavo Turner, 20 ordered off school grounds and issued a No Trespass order after attempting to make contact with a 17-year-old female student. Vondrasek investigated. April 23, 4:35 a.m. - Runaway, Market St. After being reported as a runaway, youth was located at Trailhead Park and returned to parents' custody. Officer David Yeager investigated. April 21, 2:45 p.m. - Car/pedestrian, Franklin and Hamilton streets. Marcia Rhine, 49, Brookston, struck Jesus Villagrana Jicobo, 3, Delphi, when he ran into Franklin St. from behind a parked car. Child was transported by ambulance to Lafayette Home Hospital with head injuries and was admitted for observation. Vondrasek investigated. Roddell, 42, Flora, lost control of his moped and crashed near the intersection of S. Center and Catherine streets.
