Justin S. Rogers was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering, operating a vehicle with ACE of .15 or more and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

Brandon E. Allen was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering and operating a vehicle with ACE of .08 or more.

Eligio Paz Cruz was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering, driving left of center and speeding.

Sayra Bravo-Ocampo was charged with operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.

Tina J. May was charged with check deception.

Gary Hibbetts was charged with check deception.

Donna S. Snapp was charged with three counts of check deception.

Antonio Landeros was charged with intimidation, resisting law enforcement, public intoxication and false informing.

Patricia A. McLeland, 47, of Brookston, pled guilty to possession of marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance. She was sentenced to one and a half years in jail, all but 60 days suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Amy L. Swanke, 26, of Burlington, pled guilty to residential entry. She was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Joshua R. Hinton, 23, of Delphi, pled guilty to operating while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement, possession of marijuana and violation of probation. He was meted a combination of jail time, some suspended, suspension of driving privileges, supervised probation which will resume after his release from incarceration, restitution to victims and participation in a drug and alcohol program.

The following cases were dismissed: State of Indiana vs. Oliver F. Wade II; and State of Indiana vs. Brandon M. Mc- Cain.
