Circuit Court Judge Donald Currie New filings are from public records available in the Carroll County Clerk's office on the second floor of the courthouse, Delphi. Other information regarding judgments and marriage dissolutions is gathered from public records found in the clerk's office. Tony J. Isom Jr., 28, of Delphi, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to three years in jail, one year suspended, and one year supervised probation. Doug S. Dirschell, 39, of Indianapolis, pled guilty to four counts of theft. He was sentenced to eight years in the department of correction, seven years suspended and one year to be served on in-home detention, and seven years supervised probation. A judgement was entered for the plaintiff in the case of J&K Watson Enterprises Inc. vs. John Provo d/b/a Pro Builders Inc. in the amount of $7,258.95. The following were found to be in arrears in the payment of child support: Melinda Hartman, $3,293.16; Prentiss Johnston, $3,671.85; Kimberly A. German, $2,270; Lorri Clawson, $5,247; Javier Picino, $1,462; Kristina Helms, $257; and Bob Henderson, $12,857.83. A decree of dissolution was granted between the following: Shayne Record and Ashley Record, whose name was restored to Ashley Gundrum; Catressa Kay Taber and Michael Lynn Taber, with wife's former name of Carman restored; Marion H. Wright and Rachel N. Wright; Terri L. Lester and Kenneth E. Lester; and Monica Dawn Bogue and Wayne Kevin Bogue. Bonnie J. Walker and Combined Insurance Co. agreed to attend mediation. American General Financial Services Inc. filed a complaint to foreclose mortgage against Lonnie C. Pope Sr. Everhome Mortgage Co. filed a complaint on note and to foreclose mortgage against Beth Frazier. American Trust Federal Savings Bank filed a complaint on promissory note and to foreclose mortgage against Shawn Dreadfulwater. Centurion Capital Corp. filed a complaint against Casey Harmon. Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC filed a complaint against Goldie C. Ford. Midland Credit Management Inc. filed a complaint against Marisol M. Phillippo.
