April 6, 10:30 a.m. - Forger, Wallmann's Quality Foods. Counterfeit check passed at business. Sgt. Brook McCain investigated.

April 8, 11 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 215 N. Walnut St. Susan Sutton reported vehicle windshield vandalized. Officer Paul Vondrasek investigated.

April 10 - Property damage with injuries, US421 and SR25. Alice M. Swingle, 76, Lafayette, Mark R. Roth, 32, Delphi and Troy D. Paluchniak, 35, Monticello. Roth and one passenger were transported to Lafayette Home Hospital. Swingle suffered a fractured vertebrate. Investigated by Chief Ed Chapman.

April 10, 3:26 p.m. - Property damage with injury, alley behind Delphi Body Works. A vehicle driven by a Delphi juvenile struck a power pole. Officer Justin Wilson investigated.

April 12, 3:57 a.m. - Resisting law enforcement, intimidation, false informing, public intoxication, 101 Clyde St. Antonio Landeros, 28, Delphi, arrested with force after resisting law enforcement. Wilson investigated.

April 12, 10 a.m. - Invasion of privacy, Carroll County Courthouse. Possible violation of protective order. McCain investigated.

April 15 - Misdemeanor, Washington and Front streets. Report of a juvenile driving while never licensed. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

April 1, 5:55 a.m. - Property damage, SR25 near CR500W. Vehicle left the scene after running off road, striking a tree and coming to rest in a ravine. Two days later, Lafayette owner of vehicle reported it stolen while he was not at home. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.

April 9, 9:50 a.m. - Identity deception, 4700 block Towpath Rd. Report of identification being stolen and used to obtain a cell phone. Randle continues to investigate.

April 10, 5:30 a.m. - Property damage, CR800W near CR550S. Matthew G. Bever, 36, Delphi, and James M. Ross Jr., 57, Bringhurst. Deputy Zackary Hall investigated.

April 10, 9:50 a.m. - Criminal mischief, 3300 block CR900N. Report of rear window of 1999 Ford Taurus broken out. Randle continues to investigate.

April 10, 3:44 p.m. - Leaving scene of injury or death, Springboro Rd. Thomas S. Breimhorst, 55, Brookston, claimed his vehicle April 12 after a crash resulting in injuries reported north of Camp Tecumseh. Breimhorst left scene. Randle investigated.

April 10, 3:45 p.m. - Dealing in methamphetamine, 200 block CR1200N. Items appearing to be by-products of meth lab in plastic bag removed from ditch. Det. Kevin Hammond investigated.

April 10, 4:07 p.m. - Property damage, Springboro Rd. near CR 425N. Patrick A. Hankins, 21, Delphi, operating a fire truck registered to Delphi Tri-Township Volunteer Fire Department and a parked vehicle registered to Jerry G. Bishop, Delphi. Maj. Tobe Leazenby investigated.

April 11, 8:30 a.m. - Property damage with injury, SR 75 near CR350N. Anthony J. Perry, 24, Camden. Driver complained of pain in elbow and lower arm. Deputy John Chapman investigated.

April 11, 4:25 p.m. - Theft, Indiana Packers Corporation. Theft of medication from a locker reported. Chapman investigated.

April 12, 6:04 p.m. - Information, French Post Park. Report of 4- wheelers driving in yard. Two juveniles identified and located. Chapman investigated.

April 12, 6:07 p.m. - Criminal mischief, Rockfield. Possible theft of gasoline reported. Chapman investigated.

April 13, 8 p.m. - Property damage, 8th St. near Michigan Rd., Burlington. Jack Lane reported his vehicle damaged by unknown vehicle while parked on the side of the roadway behind Treece's II. Hall investigated.

April 14, 12:35 a.m. - Non-criminal information, 2800 block CR 1040N. Civil custody issue concerning children in Lockport. Sgt. Mark Back investigated.

April 14, 1:54 a.m. - Intimidation, Eric M. Belford, Idaville, arrested for intimidation, possession of paraphernalia and public intoxication. Deputy Jay Schimmel investigated.

April 14, 8:08 p.m. - Illegal possession of alcohol by minor, 10800 block Ravinia Rd. Report of underage party involving illegal use of alcohol. Three juveniles arrested. Back investigated.

April 15, 3:47 a.m. - Criminal recklessness, 7600 block CR 1250W. Kyle Andrew, 19, New Lenox, Ill., arrested for criminal recklessness and consumption of alcohol by a minor after a report of power lines down on CR 1250W., north of CR 725N. Hall investigated.

April 15, 11 a.m. - Operating while intoxicated with prior, SR 38. Roger Steen, Lafayette, arrested for operating while intoxicated with prior. Passenger Felisha Lewellen cited for minor consumption. Thomas investigated.

April 15, 11:30 a.m. - Property damage with injury, CR 275W near CR 900N. Kyle B. Stonebrake, 17, Delphi, treated at scene for minor bleeding. Randle investigated.

April 15, 7:40 p.m. - A hit and run crash was investigated in the IGA parking lot. Catressa Carman, 32, Cutler, reported someone hit her vehicle while she was inside the store and left the scene. Bishop investigated.

April 16, 8:28 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Brian S. Smith, 43, Delphi, was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior conviction. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.
