April 10 - Property damage with injuries, US421 and SR25. Alice M. Swingle, 76, Lafayette, Mark R. Roth, 32, Delphi and Troy D. Paluchniak, 35, Monticello. Roth and one passenger were transported to Lafayette Home Hospital. Swingle suffered a fractured vertebrate. Investigated by Chief Ed Chapman.
