Teachers needed for Taiwan exchange program

Many openings remain for teachers interested in a teaching and cultural exchange with Taiwan.

Participating teachers will teach English and work with the Taiwanese educators to develop curriculum, prepare lesson plans and teaching materials. The Indiana exchange allows Taiwanese teachers to come to Indiana. The exchange helps children in both countries have a greater knowledge of different cultures, history, language, interests and lifestyles.

The application deadline for the 2007-08 school year is April 27. The opportunity is new and experienced teachers and open to students graduating from college prior to the start of the school year who want an early teaching experience abroad.
