Win a free week at soccer camp

The Rossville Soccer League is sponsoring an essay contest with the winner receiving a free week at the British Challenger Soccer Camp June 18-22.

The contest is open for players ages 3-18. There are no specific rules for the essay due to the wide range of ages participating, but the topic is "tell us why you like soccer and why you would like to go to soccer camp." Three, four and five-year-olds may submit a drawing. Submit name, age, and phone number to Allison Holden at 5860 South 600 West Rossville, IN 46065 or e-mail to ajholden@geetel.net. Entry deadline is May 4.

Challenger British Soccer Camps will run the camp. A British coach flown to the USA exclusively for this purpose will coach each participant. Camp applications are available at the Rossville Community Library, Carroll County YMCA, Frankfort YMCA and Boys & Girls Club, Soccer Central, and Carroll, Clinton Central, Clinton Prairie, Delphi, East Tipp, Hershey, and Rossville school offices.
