March 23 - Noise complaint, Front and Washington streets. Officer Justin Wilson investigated.

March 30, 4 p.m. - Possible theft of water, Armory Rd. Hall's Excavating was connected to city hydrant. Wilson investigated.

March 30, 4:13 p.m. - Warrant service, Delphi library. Nathaniel Orem, 34, Kokomo was taken into custody for a warrant out of Howard County. Wilson investigated.

March 30, 5 p.m. - Criminal mischief, No location given. Eva McLain, Delphi, complained of cars parked in her yard causing damage. Vehicles were removed by owners. Wilson investigated.

March 31, 6:05 p.m. - Theft, 709 N. Washington St. Melissa K. Remaly, 25, Delphi reported a red Huffy bicycle was taken from the residence. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

April 1 - Theft, credit card fraud and criminal mischief. Several cases of break-ins and thefts from cars reported. Charges are pending for an 18 year-old youth who was incarcerated for burglary in a separate case. Officer Paul Vondrasek investigated.

April 2, 2:21 p.m. - Personal injury, US421 and West Franklin St. Jack J. Allen, 18, Camden, and John M. Little, 38, Delphi. Passenger in Little's vehicle complained of lower back pain, but refused treatment at the scene. Sgt. Brook McCain investigated.

April 2, 4 p.m. - Criminal mischief, J&D Lockers. Kay Wheatley, Delphi reported a lock was cut to gain entry into storage unit. Wilson continues to investigate.

April 2, 7 p.m. - Information, 7000 block W. CR300N. Two growing marijuana plants located and disposed of. Wilson investigated.

April 3, 12:02 p.m. - Personal injury, McDonald's drive-through. Michael, I. Storey, 59, Delphi, and Tami L. Burchardt, 40, New Haven. Burchardt complained of pain and was transported to Home Hospital. Chief Ed Chapman investigated.

April 5, 2:45 p.m. - Property damage, US421 and Commercial Dr. Samantha Watkins, 83, Delphi, and Sasha L. Vianco, 20, Delphi. McCain investigated.

April 6, 4:47 p.m. - Property damage, SR25 at the water treatment plant. Michelle George, 29, Burnettsville, and Jill Recker, 20, Genoa, Ohio. Kent investigated.

April 6, 6:40 p.m. - Peace-keeping, Monroe St. Assistance requested to prevent physical altercation in a child custody matter. Wilson investigated.

April 6, 10:05 p.m. - Misdemeanor, US421 near US Aggregates. Michael Mayhill, 27, Delphi, was arrested for driving while never licensed. Wilson investigated.

April 9, 4 a.m. - Property damage, 303 W. Main St. Light pole at Discount Tobacco Store was hit by unknown vehicle that left scene. Officer David Yeager investigated.

April 2, 2:43 p.m. - Non-criminal information, 8400 block W. CR250S. Vehicle reported not returned when expected. Deputy Grant Davidson investigated.

April 2, 3:45 p.m. - Property damage, CR100N, in IPC parking lot. Jason K. Wines, 30, Peru, and David W. Ashenfelter, 38, Peru. Deputy John Chapman investigated.

April 2, 7:04 p.m. - Leaving scene of injury or death, 4200 block N. Fifth St., Delphi. Five-year-old male struck by car while riding his bicycle. Child transported to hospital and later released. Police suspect a black sports car with "Angela" airbrushed on front license plate. Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.

April 2, 9:19 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 10500 block W. Horseshoe Bend Rd. Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.

April 3, 12 a.m. - Criminal Mischief, French Post Park. Caretaker reported unknown vehicle damaged grassy area and removed cable fence. Deputy Grant Davidson investigated.

April 3, 5 p.m. - Non-criminal information, 4700 block SR29. Civil complaint. Davidson investigated.

April 3, 6:03 p.m. - Trespass, 3700 block S. CR400E. Liggett investigated.

April 4, 7:35 a.m. - Assisting another agency, Harmon St., Flora. Terry Robinson arrested for possession of controlled substance after K-9 search. Deputy Mike Thomas investigated.

April 4, 2:13 p.m. - Identity deception, 1100 block SR218. Credit card obtained using stolen identity and items purchased with card. Sgt. Dennis Randle continues to investigate.

April 5, 8:31 a.m. - Criminal mischief. 3600 block S. CR400E. Randle investigated.

April 5, 11:39 p.m. - Information, E. CR350E. near CR600S. Injured canine destroyed after being struck by vehicle. Back investigated.

April 6, 10:02 a.m. - Criminal mischief, 8600 block SR218. Vehicle vandalized at residence. Leazenby investigated.

April 6, 12:15 p.m. - Invasion of privacy, 1600 block SR218. Rory Griffis, 21, Camden, and Shanna Smyth, 22, Peru. Griffis suspected of violating protective order. Davidson investigated.

April 6, 2:34 p.m. - Property damage, CR50E at CR400S. Colton D. Creasy, 18, Bringhurst. Davidson investigated.

April 7, 11:20 a.m. - C&C Beach. Report of punctured tires. Davidson investigated.

April 7, 11:49 a.m. - Criminal information, 6100 block CR800W. Domestic disturbance reported. Davidson investigated.

April 8, 12:26 a.m. - Possession of marijuana, Springboro Rd. Eric Cripe, 23, Columbia City, arrested for felony possession of marijuana, reckless possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance during a traffic stop. Passenger Michael Godlove, 21, Monticello arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Liggett investigated.

April 8, 2:10 a.m. - SR25. Justin Rogers, 26, Burnettsville, was arrested for operating while intoxicated and operating while intoxicated endangering another person. Liggett investigated.

April 8, 5:14 a.m. - Brandon E. Allen, 27, Delphi, arrested for OWI and operating a vehicle having never received a license. Liggett investigated.

Deer related crashes

April 4, 7:30 a.m. - SR39 at CR550S. Cassandra L. Diebolt, 53, Delphi. Maj. Tobe Leazenby investigated.

April 9, 5:35 a.m. - SR25 near CR525W. Steven L. Beckman, 49, Logansport. Liggett investigated.

K-9 Unit

March 22 - K-9 officers Riggle and Thomas assisted the Pulaski County Sheriff's K-9 Unit with a drug sniff at West Central High School.

March 23 - K-9 officers Riggle and Thomas assisted the Clinton County Sheriff's K-9 team with a drug sniff at Rossville Middle/High School.

March 30 - K-9 officer Riggle and K-9 Udy assisted the Tipton K-9 officer with a drug sniff at Tipton High School.

Flora Police Dept.

April 3, 12:48 p.m. - Criminal mischief reported at 316 S. Wayne St. Complaintant reported someone cut ropes supporting trees in the yard. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

April 7, 8:06 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Eligio P. Cruz, 40, Frankfort, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. Rumuoldo Tadeo, 26, Frankfort, and Vincente Garcia, 21, Indianapolis, were arrested for public intoxication. Moises Carrera-Mendoza, 20, Frankfort, was arrested for minor possession of alcohol. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

April 8, 3:27 a.m. - Two male juveniles were arrested for criminal mischief. Suspects were destroying mailboxes from a vehicle. One juvenile was charged with possession of paraphernalia. Additional charges may be filed against other juvenile occupants of the vehicle. Disinger investigated.
