Jason L. Bush was charged with criminal mischief.

Katrina J. Courtney was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Kevin L. Handy was charged with residential entry, battery, domestic battery, interference with the reporting of a crime, and invasion of privacy.

Maria J. Villagrana was charged with driving while suspended.

September C. Caracheo was charged with two counts of check deception.

Brandon Williamson was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance.

Wesley W. Bell was charged with two counts operating while intoxicated - endangering.

For alcohol-related convictions, the following were meted a combination of jail time, with some suspensions, probation with fees, community service, house arrest, participation in a court-approved drug and alcohol program, and suspended and/or probationary driving privileges: Devon M. Johnson, 21, of Flora, operating while intoxicated - endangering; Margaret L. Penczu, 43, of Brookston, operating while intoxicated - endangering a person; Chester L. Whitmore, 46, of Brookston, operating while intoxicated - endangering a person; David W. Spurgeon, 49, of Brookston, operating while intoxicated; James L. Griffith, 52, of Lafayette, operating while intoxicated - endangering; Tara D. Smith, 20, illegal transport of an alcoholic beverage on a public highway; and Douglas C. Jones, 38, of Warsaw, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person.

Leticia Sanchez, 18, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license and speeding. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

William S. Phillips, 41, of Kokomo, pled guilty to theft. He was sentenced to one and a half years in jail, one half year suspended, and one half year supervised probation. Alfredo Flores was ordered to pay $1,480.95 to David and Linda Scott and $2,049.40 to Dusty Phillips.

For alcohol-related convictions, the following were meted a combination of jail time, with some suspensions, probation with fees, community service, house arrest, participation in a court-approved drug and alcohol program, and suspended and/or probationary driving privileges: Jeremy W. McCarty, 29, of Delphi, operating while intoxicated - endangering a person; Patricia McLeland, 47, of Brookston, possession of marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance; Andrew J. Burkhart, 22, of Logansport, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person and possession of marijuana; Timothy A. Fowler, 46, of Logansport, operating while intoxicated - endangering and habitual substance offender; Barry G. Kindle, 46, of Monticello, operating while intoxicated - endangering a person; Scott Wagoner, 43, of Camden, operating while intoxicated - endangering a person; and Freddie T. McKay Jr., 38, of Flora, public intoxication.

Causes of the State of Indiana against the following were dismissed: Jane A. Hollenbeck; Theresa A. Urick; Vonda J. Kirkpatrick; Belinda L. Snowberger; Jessica J. Unger; Brandon L. Gaylor; Bill T. Vianco; Joshua P. Million; and Jesse L. Starkey.

The following cases were dismissed: Wells Fargo Home Mortgage vs. Jeffrey D. Anderson, Joyce S. Anderson, Delphi Community School Corporation, Carroll County Treasurer, Culligan Water Conditioning and Fleet Supply Inc.; Wilcox Lumber Company Inc. vs Bruce Bickett; Helms Lawn Specialist vs. Betsy Skalon;

Jason M. Gard, of Lafayette, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle upon a public highway without a valid license and disregarding a stop sign. He was ordered to pay two $10 fines and court costs.

Laura S. Wagner, 26, of Monticello, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. She was ordered to pay a $10 fine and court costs.

Gregory Lynn Jones, 42, pled guilty to resisting law enforcement with a vehicle. He was sentenced to the department of correction for two years, one year suspended, suspension of driving privileges and one year probation.

Jarrett A. Houston, of Delphi, pled guilty to hunting without consent. He was sentenced to 14 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Lela Labeau, 25, of Flora, pled guilty to check deception. She was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year unsupervised probation.

Robert C. Knight, 40, of Delphi, pled guilty to check deception. He was ordered to pay court costs totaling $159.00.

The following cases were entered for the plaintiff: Jerold H. Ziegert vs. Steve Tenwinkel, $173 plus court costs; Max D. Thompson vs. Mandy Ovalle and Anthony Ovalle, $2,762.09 plus court costs; and Baldwin Auto Supply vs. Dave Kauffman and Dave's Automotive Repair, $1,312.11.

In an agreed judgement, Ron Tedrow was ordered to pay $1,000 to Steven Morehuse.

Default judgements were entered for the plaintiff in the following cases: Daimler Chrysler Financial Services Americas LLC vs. Billy J. Ridgway, $10,164.74; Dr. D.H. Harmon vs. Anthony D. Houser, $82.25 plus court costs; Wilcox Lumber Company Inc. vs. Byard Beaver Jr., $770.14 plus court costs; Kurtis G. Fouts vs. Andrew McCall, $637.50 plus court costs; Beneficial Indiana Inc. vs. April L. Forrest, $7,594.94 plus costs; Capital One Bank vs. Lorraine H. Spayde, $4,296.43 plus costs; and Indiana Members Credit Union vs. Jill Chapman, $11,146.44 plus costs.
