Dale A. Dillman

Dale Allen Dillman, 88, of Logansport, died at 7:10 a.m. April 6, 2007, at Chase Convalescent Center, Logansport.

Born Aug. 2, 1918, in Miami, County, he was the son of Dio and Fannie Fry Dillman. He was married on June 23, 1940, in Logansport, to Mary Amelia Homburg, who survives.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. In 1970 he retired after 30 years as a tool and die maker for General Tire Company.

Mr. Dillman was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Logansport.

Also surviving are two sons, Roger Dillman (wife: Carol) of Logansport and Glen Dillman (wife: Marti) of Flora; a sister, Lenna Wilson of Logansport; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Services were held Tuesday at Trinity Lutheran Church. Burial was at Shideler Cemetery, Logansport.
