A Salon-A-Thon BENEFIT FOR CODY LEHE will be held from 12 noon to 6 p.m. April 22 at Tanglz 'n Bangz Salon & Day Spa, 3802 Amelia Ave., Lafayette. There will also be a silent auction from 12 noon to 5 p.m. and live auction at 5. Lehe, a senior at Frontier High School, suffered a head injury last October. He was hospitalized for three months and is now at home rehabilitating. All donations will go to the Lehe family for medical expenses.

KOKOMO COIN AND COLLECTIBLE SHOW will be held Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Johanning Civic Center, U.S. 31, Kokomo. Admission is free.

Two new groups of DADS MAKE A DIFFERENCE, an educational group for both separated and/or divorced parents will begin May 10 and continue to meet each Thursday through June 28. The first group will meet from 10 a.m. - noon and the second group from 6- 8 p.m. Topics of discussion include understanding age-appropriate behavior in children, effective discipline, developing a co-parenting relationship, anger management, communication skills, conflict resolution, and legal issues. Groups will meet at Family Services, Inc.'s main office at The Howarth Center, 615 N. 18th St., Lafayette. Registration deadline is April 30.

Indiana Archeological Society will sponsor an ARCHEOLOGICAL EXHIBIT of prehistoric to historic lithic artifacts April 14 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Miami County Fairgrounds near Peru. The free exhibit will display 100 tables of materials from throughout the Midwest. A representative will be present to identify and appraise individual pieces or entire collections. "Let Us Entertain You" is the theme for the 16th annual TRI KAPPA LADIES NIGHT OUT April 17 beginning at 6 p.m. at Ramada Inn on E. Market St. in Logansport. Each guest will receive a door prize.
