APC issues 14 permits in March

Fourteen permits were issued by Carroll County Area Plan Commission during March, for improvements amounting to $1,127,500.

Residential permits with $491,000 value were issued to persons in the following townships:

Democrat - Karen Casto, residence;

Liberty - Hallmark Homes, residence;

Monroe - Terry D, Inc., residence;

Tippecanoe - Todd Powell, residence.

Permits for remodeling and accessories were issued to persons in:

Delphi - Kelly Daniels, deck; Shane Sigler, storage;

Democrat - Gary and Renita Overholser, storage; Bonita K. Snell Rev. Living Trust, storage;

Jackson - Ryan Penn, storage;

Jefferson - Ryan Long, change roof line;

Monroe - Martin and Glenna Trent, garage;

Tippecanoe - Steven Isley, storage; Patrick Smith, addition.

Twin Lakes Investments was issued a commercial permit for a six-unit condo in Jefferson Township.

Total collected from permits in March was $1,204.
