March 11, 1:07 p.m. - Minor personal injury, SR25 at High St. Joyce I. Watterson, 69, Lafayette and Dale A. Babcock, 41, Delphi. Watterson transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette. Babcock refused medical treatment. Officer Paul Vondrasek investigated.

March 18, 9:34 p.m. - Property damage, South Market St. at Delmain Apartments. Vehicle reported damaged by unknown vehicle. Officer Shane Bernhardt investigated.

March 20, 12:15 p.m. - Property damage, McDonald's parking lot. Brad Pedigo, 56, Teddy Garrison, 68, both of Lafayette and Marco Quinonez, 29, Delphi. Chief Ed Chapman investigated.

March 20, 11:15 p.m. - Disorderly conduct, 507 W. Franklin St. Joshua Johnson, Delphi, Chad A. Gipson, Lafayette and Brandon N. Hibbs Lafayette were jailed on various charges stemming from an altercation. Officer David Yeager investigated.

March 24, no time given - Intimidation report taken from a Delphi resident. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

March 25, 8 p.m. - Possession of a legend drug and marijuana, CVS parking lot. A juvenile male, 17, Delphi. Vehicle searched while stopped for vehicle infraction and prescription drugs found. Juvenile admitted possessing marijuana at his residence. Consent to search was granted by parent. No investigating officer listed.

March 19, 11:15 a.m. - Property damage, CR1100 near US421. Joshua A. Denton, 18, Monticello. Deputy John Chapman investigated.

March 19, 3:58 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 1700 block CR600E. Report of mailbox damage in Carrollton Township. Chapman investigated.

March 20, 10:30 a.m. - Property damage, Towpath Rd. and CR300W. Jason E. Levy, 40, Remington. Chapman investigated.

March 20, 4:30 p.m. - Property damage, SR29 near CR600S. James M. Wallace, 33, Pendleton and Robert L. Buck, 64, Lucerne. Deputy Grant Davidson investigated.

March 20, 11:17 p.m. - Assisting another agency, 500 block W. Franklin St. Assisted Delphi P.D. in arresting Josh Johnson, 30, Delphi, Chad Gibson, 26, Rossville and Brandy Hibbs, 19, Lafayette for fighting. Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.

March 21, 2:16 p.m. - Non-criminal information, 4200 block Fifth St. John N. Keller, white male, 6'1", 180lbs. reported missing. Keller was last seen driving a 1996 Ford F-150. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.

March 21, 11:03 p.m. - Property damage with injury, SR29 near CR700N. Robert S. McLaughlin, 23, Flora. After a high-speed chase by Flora P.D., McLaughlin's vehicle became airborne and flipped several times pinning driver inside and igniting. After extrication, McLaughlin was transported to Park View Hospital in Ft. Wayne. Driver charged with a misdemeanor and felony. Deputy Jay Schimmel investigated.

March 22, 8:41 a.m. - Vehicle impound, CR1100N east of US421. Vehicle abandoned in roadway considered a traffic hazard was removed. Randle investigated.

March 22, 9:58 p.m. - Criminal information, 2900 block CR910W. Report of suspicious package in Pittsburg, which was later found to contain a cat. Animal referred to animal control. Reserve deputy Joe Stewart investigated.

March 22, 10:20 p.m. - Assisting another agency, 100 block E. Elizabeth St, Flora. Report of restraining order violation. Sgt. Mark Back investigated.

March 23, 6:44 a.m. - Property damage, SR29 near CR800N. Kelllie D. Strong, 41, Logansport and Mary R. Montgomery, 59, Mishawaka. Davidson investigated.

March 23, 6:47 p.m. - Possession of marijuana, 7100 block CR1200W. Ryan D. Dalton, 22, Kokomo arrested on a warrant from Howard Co. Brittany J. Brown, 18, Kokomo arrested for false informing and felony possession of marijuana. Liggett investigated.

March 24, 1 p.m. - Theft, 1200 block CR500E. Debit card stolen and used. Davidson investigated.

March 24, 3:55 p.m. - Property damage, Von Lane Ln. near West Von Hollow Dr. Barbara J. Johnson, 48, Kewanna and a parked vehicle registered to Troy T. Foster, Russiaville. Chapman investigated.

March 25, 10:30 p.m. - Invasion of privacy, 11800 block W. Oakdale Dr. Report taken and forwarded to prosecutor's office. Liggett investigation.

Flora Police Dept.

March 20, 5:10 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of E. Elizabeth St. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

March 20, 6:28 p.m. - A criminal mischief report was taken at 583 Harmon St. The complaintant reported a broken window. Thomas investigated.

March 21, 10:54 p.m. - Sgt. James Bishop and county sheriff's deputies were led on a high speed pursuit. The pursuit started when Robert S. McLaughlin, 23, Flora, refused to stop for a speeding violation. The pursuit ended near CR 650 N. and SR 29 when McLaughlin's vehicle left the roadway on the west side of SR 29 and crashed. McLaughlin's vehicle burst into flames. Bishop and a Cass County deputy extinguished the fire before it reached McLaughlin. McLaughlin was airlifted to Park View Hospital in Fort Wayne. Also assisting were the Galveston Police Department and Indiana State Police.

March 21, 4:10 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of E. Elizabeth St. Chief Paul Redmon, Officer Randy Larimore and Det. Steve Mullin investigated.

March 22, 8:06 p.m. - A report of invasion of privacy was taken at 120 E. Elizabeth St. Bishop investigated.

March 23, 1:59 p.m. - An invasion of privacy report was taken on SR 18, east of Flora. Mark Thomas investigated.

March 24, 1:38 a.m. - A suspicious activity report was taken at 120 E. Elizabeth St. The complaintant reported hearing an object hit a window. Disinger investigated.

March 24, 3:56 a.m. - Following a traffic stop, Terry L. Robinson, 36, Flora, was arrested for possession of cocaine, possession of a legend drug, possession of paraphernalia, and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond was set at $17,000. Disinger investigated. Deputy Mike Thomas and K-9 Darcy and Deputy Tony Liggett assisted.

March 25, 1:23 a.m. - Following a traffic stop, Hayleigh C. Davis18, Frankfort, Janelle D. Morgan, 18, Mulberry, Holly M. Bloomquist, 19, Frankfort, Tyler P. Bitner, 18, Frankfort, and a 16-year-old female, also of Frankfort, were arrested for minor possession of alcohol. Disinger investigated.

March 25, 3:36 a.m. - Following a traffic stop, Richard C. Everett, 19, Delphi, was arrested for possession of marijuana. Robert W. Pulawa, 19, Burrows, was arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Disinger investigated.
