Faith Lutheran Church will have a soup and sandwich supper on Wednesday evening during Lent. The supper will begin at 6 p.m., with the worship service following at 6:45. Choir practice will be held afterwards.

Fred and Dawn McNulty of Valparaiso and Mark and Ann McNulty of Indianapolis, along with Deb and Tom Bradfield and Dana and Scott Hile, all attended church services with their sister and mother, Marilyn Hile, in celebration of her 75th birthday. The brothers surprised her with a bouquet of 75 red roses at the church service. Marilyn is the only girl in the family with six brothers. She always told her brothers that she was the rose among the thorns.
