Jonathan E. Williams was charged with illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage.

Christopher Clark-Wright was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering and public intoxication.

Jarrett A. Houston was charged with hunting without consent.

Zachery Savage, 25, of Lafayette, pled guilty to battery resulting in bodily injury. He was sentenced to one year in jail, 293 days suspended, and 293 days supervised probation including a no-contact order.

The following causes were dismissed: State of Indiana vs. Jose O. Gaeta; State of Indiana vs. James R. Sacha; State of Indiana vs. Lawson Cunningham; State of Indiana vs. Ryan M. Johnson; and State of Indiana vs. Joetta Howard.

The following cases were dismissed: Excel Co-op vs. Lance Spesard; Baldwin Automotive Supply vs. Kevin Cripe; Dr. D.J. Harmon vs. Luann Maxwell;

Raymond A. Wakefield was ordered to pay $3,126.65 to Capital One Bank.

Mark Kirts was ordered to pay $2,325.00 to Kathy K. Kelly.

Judgement was entered for the defendant in the cause of William F. Seward vs. Benny Redding.

In an agreed judgement, Jeff Bartlett was ordered to pay $454.60 to Pearsons Gas.

In a default judgement, Philip W. Schrader, of Delphi, was ordered to pay $5,258.54 to Discover Bank.

Jill W. Chapman, of Delphi, was ordered to pay $1,791.13 to Target National Bank.

In an agreed judgement, Elisha Allen and Justin McCartney were ordered to pay $1,055.00 to Joseph and Jodie Hendershot.

For alcohol-related convictions, the following were meted a combination of jail time, with some suspensions, probation with fees, community service, house arrest, participation in a court-approved drug and alcohol program, and suspended and/or probationary driving privileges: Cory M. Dunbar, 20, of Delphi; William T. Rodenbarger Jr., 33, of Delphi; Michael J. Mayhill, 27, of Delphi; William C. Stauffer, 20, of Delphi; Kyle E. Garrison, 20, of Delphi; and James A. Teel, 37, of Lafayette.

Causes of the State of Indiana against the following were dismissed: Robert M. Hyman; Zakry Gutierrez; Adam Myers; Paul B.A. Stout; Jennifer J. Johnston; Brian Ropes; and Jamie Moss.
