AREA IV Head Start begins enrollment

Area IV Head Start serving Carroll, Clinton and White Counties is now enrolling children for the new school year.

The program is accepting children ages three to five to participate in the 2007-2008 school year, which begins in the fall. Children must be at least three years of age by August 1, 2007, to be eligible

Head Start is a federally funded pre-school program, primarily serving low-income families. Services include health, education, social services and parent involvement.
