Habitat for Humanity Carroll County Chapter will host a

SOUP SUPPER March 17 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Honan Hall in Delphi. Free-will offerings will be accepted. Call Herb Newbolds at (574) 686-2856 for information.

CITY OF DELPHI CEMETERY CLEANUP will occur in early April. Citizens who have placed flowers on graves are asked to remove them by April 2. All flowers left on graves after then will be discarded. New flowers may be placed on graves after April 6.

The MODERN'S HOME EXTENSION meeting will be March 22 at noon at Solomon's Grille. Ruth Anderson will be hostess.

Senior citizens are invited to the Delphi Presbyterian Church

MONTHLY LUNCHEON March 21 at noon in the church fellowship hall. An elevator is available for those in need. For a ride or for questions call Susan at the church at (765) 564-2371 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY UNIT 75 will meet at 7 p.m. March 21 in the Legion Hall.

Carroll County Zoning Administrator Dale Huffer has announced the first public meeting to initiate development of a revised COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN. Focusing on input from community leaders, the meeting will be March 22 at 1 p.m. in the commissioners' meeting room on the second floor of the courthouse. Ground Rules, Inc., the firm hired to develop the plan, will provide meeting leadership.

The DEMOCRAT CENTRAL COMMITTEE will hold its regular monthly meeting March 22 at 6:30 p.m. at Jenny's Restaurant. The public is welcome to attend.
