Guadalupe Sandoval, 34, of Lafayette, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation including two days in jail and participation in a drug and alcohol program.

Joseph P. Mackey, 25, of Delphi, pled guilty to driving while suspended. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Douglas LaPlante, 47, of Kokomo, pled guilty to intimidation. He was sentenced to three years in jail, all but 142 days suspended, and two and a half years supervised probation.

Scott A. Barnhart was ordered to serve 150 days inhome detention as part of a previously suspended sentence.

Elizabeth Uvalle, 16, of Logansport, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, all suspended, 12 hours of community service and one year supervised probation.
