Sixty volunteer at Feb. 22 blood drive

Carolyn Pearson of Delphi received her 19th one-gallon pin at the Red Cross blood drive held Feb. 22 in Delphi. She was one of 60 community members to take part in the drive.

Others receiving pins were: Paul Fife of Bringhurst, 14 gallons; Eldo Beam and Gary Duff, both of Flora, 11 gallons; James E. Allen of Cutler, eight gallons; Don Wesner of Delphi, six gallons; Gary Cleaver and Bruce Hankins, both of Delphi, two gallons; and Robert Stevens and Esther Brumbaugh, both of Delphi, one gallon.

Repeat Double Red donors, who donated red blood cells and received back the remainder, were Jack Cross, Bruce Hankins and Bill Coble, all of Delphi.

First-time donors included Joe Wallace of Camden (Double Red), Dan Herendeen of

Flora (Double Red) and Jennifer Myers and Kristian Jenkins, both of Delphi.
