Feb. 19, 9 p.m. - Battery, Delphi Pizza Hut. Worker was hit in the face three times by an unknown assailant. Officer David Yeager investigated.

Feb. 19, 10:25 a.m. - Property damage, South Hamilton St. at Riley Park Annex. Kelsey R. Propes, 17, Delphi. Sgt. Brook McCain investigated.

Feb. 23, 2 p.m. - Hit and run, Main St. in front of courthouse. 2003 Chevrolet Venture was struck. Yeager investigated.

Feb. 23, 6:15 p.m. - Property damage, US421 near SR25. Larry P. DeVos, 64, Flora and Peggy L. Shoemaker, 45, Lafayette. Yeager investigated.

Feb. 24, 10:58 p.m. - Telephone harassment/ public intoxication, Graham's Saloon. Marie A. Embrey, Monticello, was arrested after making numerous unwanted telephone calls with messages from establishment. Officer Paul Vondrasek investigated.

Feb. 20, 2:12 p.m. - Property damage with injury, US421 near Franklin St. Lauren E. Bowman, 20, Delphi. EMS called to the scene for possible neck injury. Deputy John Chapman investigated.

Feb. 20, 2:15 p.m. - Property damage, CR200N. at Indiana Packers Corporation. Tiffany A. Vega Mendoza, 21, Kokomo, and Nancy Guillen, 31, Lafayette. Maj. Tobe Leazenby investigated.

Feb. 20, 4:20 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 440 block of CR1000N. Adams Township resident reported a valve to an external LP gas tank was turned off causing home to lose heat. Leazenby investigated.

Feb. 21, 11:57 a.m. - Property damage with injuries, Indiana St. at 8th St. in Burlington. Brandon L. Anderson, 17, Burlington and Joel W. McCoy, 17, Frankfort. Anderson was cited for failure to yield, McCoy cited for unsafe speed. Both drivers and passengers, Elisha M. Allen, 22, Burlington (passenger in Anderson's vehicle) and Levi A. Byrd, 17, Bringhurst (passenger in McCoy's vehicle) were transported to St. Joseph Hospital in Kokomo after extrication from vehicles by the Burlington Fire Department. Anderson and Allen were later airlifted to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Deputy Mike Thomas investigated.

Feb. 21, 4:34 p.m. - Property damage, CR500S near CR450E. Randall R. Watson, 72, Cutler. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.

Feb. 21, 6:02 p.m. - Neglect of a dependent child, 2600 block of CR250W. Report of two children left alone at their home. Report forwarded to prosecutor office. Deputy Zackary Hall investigated.

Feb. 21, 8:45 p.m. - Driving while suspended, SR18 at CR1150W. Thomas Parker, Delphi, charged with driving while suspended prior. Deputy Jay Schimmel investigated.

Feb. 21, 10:15 p.m. - Juvenile matter, 2600 block of Drieurs St. Juvenile placed in custody, in conjunction with Child Protective Services, for wellbeing. Sgt. Mark Back investigated.

Feb. 22, 1:20 a.m. - Driving while suspended, US421. Raul Salazar, 30, Medaryville, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Hall investigated.

Feb. 22, 7:16 a.m. - Vehicle impound, 400S between CR700W and CR800W. Abandoned 1984 Volvo found in roadway and towed. Randle investigated.

Feb. 22, 7 p.m. - Theft, 6100 Hodges Dr. Theft of medication reported in Tippecanoe Township. Schimmel investigated.

Feb. 23, 8:05 a.m. - Property damage with injury, Prince William Rd. near CR350W. Clinton J. Miller, 17, Cutler, and an unidentified vehicle. EMS called to scene. Leazenby investigated.

Feb. 23, 11:10 a.m. - Domestic disturbance, 100 block of South Howard in Liberty Township. Chapman investigated.

Feb. 23, 11:53 a.m. - Information report, 2800 block of North Meridian Line Rd. Jackson Township resident reported a female subject telephoned the residence and persisted in obtaining bank account and routing numbers. Leazenby investigated.

Feb. 23, 10:38 p.m. - OWI, SR29. Rodney D. Snow, 34, Indianapolis, was arrested for OWI. Liggett investigated.

Feb. 23,12:45 p.m. - Property damage, SR29 at CR300S. Douglas F. Drye, 32, Bloomington, and James W. Koontz, 36, Peru. Chapman investigated.

Feb. 24, 2:03 a.m. - Juvenile delinquency, 7300 block of Milkhouse Rd. Runaway located. Back investigated.

Feb. 24, 4:15 a.m. - Assisting another agency/battery, 500 block Franklin St. Joshua Johnson, 30, Delphi, was arrested by Delphi PD for resisting law enforcement. Liggett investigated.

Feb. 24, 4:50 p.m. - Property damage, SR25 near CR525W. Gessica L. Hoge, 22, Rochester. EMS called to scene. Chapman investigated.

Feb. 24, 5:55 p.m. - Property damage, SR25 near CR600N. Donaldo P. Gomez, 29, Logansport. Chapman investigated.

Feb. 24, 10:05 p.m. - Property damage, CR400N near US421. Kimberly M. Scroggs, 43, Delphi. Liggett investigated.

Feb. 25, 12:38 a.m. - Theft, 11500 block US421. Battery and theft. Victim was treated at the scene by EMS, but refused to go to the hospital. Victim reported vehicle window was broken and money was stolen from a wallet. Liggett investigated.

Feb. 25, 6:35 p.m. - Property damage, SR29 near Mill Rd. Robert S. Zimmerman, 33, Logansport. Liggett investigated.

Feb. 26, 7:31 a.m. - Property damage, SR75 near SR218. Jason A. Fuller, 32, Camden. Randle investigated.

Feb. 26, 5:50 p.m. - Criminal mischief, Vine St. Nancy A. Leonard, Delphi, reported damage to vehicle parked in the Hillcrest parking lot. Yeager investigated.

Feb. 22, 6:05 p.m. - A male juvenile was arrested for theft. The suspect entered a residence and stole cigarettes. Sgt. James Bishop investigated.

Feb. 26, 3:30 p.m. - A property damage accident occured at 508 W. Columbia St. Officer Randy Larimore investigated.

Feb. 26, 11:29 p.m. - Jonathan Williams, 20, was arrested for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. Bishop investigated.
