Kevin W. Hinton was charged with domestic battery and battery resulting in bodily injury.

Robert S. Hite was charged with resisting law enforcement and disregarding an automatic signal.

Cassie B. Walker was charged with operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.

Mark A. Westlake was charged with public intoxication.

Eric L. Sterling was charged with operating while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with an ACE of .15 or more, improper exhaust and expired driver's license.

Emmanuel H. Rios was charged with operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license and following too close.

James E. Teel was charged with public intoxication.

Maria J. Villagrana, 34, of Delphi, pled guilty to driving while suspended. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Gabriel Rodriguez, 26, of Monticello, pled guilty to driving while suspended. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

In an agreed judgement, Darvin Karn was ordered to pay $3,494 plus court costs to Carol Gilbert.

In an agreed judgement, Romney Soper was ordered to pay Industrial Federal Credit Union $2,106.35.

Amanda Duvall was ordered to pay $545.30 plus court costs and Bill Williams was ordered to pay $3,272.11 plus court costs to Valerie Duvall.

Wayne Hughes and Geneva Hughes were ordered to pay $616.02 to Ronald Hughes.

The following cases were dismissed: Technology Investment Partners LLC vs. Fairnet LLC and Carroll County Rural Electric Membership Corporation; Horizon Veterinary Service Inc. vs. Jan and Linda Phillips; Amanda Duvall vs. Dan Fassnacht; Carroll County Clerk vs. Paul W. Johnson; and Lloyd M. Shell vs. TK Constructors.

The following judgements were entered for the plaintiff: First Financial Bank f/k/a Sand Ridge Bank vs. Stacy L. Wilcox and Bradley L. Brown in the amount of $5,907.31; Kyle Loy M.D. vs. James W. Gates in the amount of $906.26; Mike Bunnell and Kalene Bunnell vs. William Walters and Bonnie Walters in the amount of $6,000; Jim Huffer and Doug Hodson vs. Michael Fletcher and Ann Fletcher in the amount of $1,500 plus costs; and Barbara Dobyne vs. Danny Kirkpatrick and Vonda Kirkpatrick in the amount of $2,500.
